Are all products safe for people with sensitive skin?
Yes, all our products are carefully selected for their natural ingredients and their reputation. All products are light and gentle enough to be used on sensitive skin.
I’m allergic to certain ingredients, can I still use your product?
The ingredients of all our products are natural and listed on the product itself. If you suspect you might be allergic to use, but are unsure, please get in touch so we can verify. Obviously, we are no doctors, consult with your dermatologist to ensure you can use the product. You remain solely responsible for whatever you put on your skin.
I make Korean skin care products, can I offer my product on your website?
We are very curious about the product you’re making. Let’s hear all about it! On our Work with us page you can find a form you can fill out in order to have your product listed in our webshop. After this we will evaluate your product, maybe ask for a sample, and proceed with your product.
Can I get a personalized skin care treatment plan?
We know every skin is different, however all our products are carefully selected and contain natural ingredients. Having said that, we do not offer personalized skin care treatments yet. If you’d like to receive advice on which product is best for your skin, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’d be more than happy to help.

What payment methods do you offer?
Via our website you can pay safely & secure with Mastercard, Visa, American Express and PayPal.
When will my credit card get charged?
Your credit card gets charged as soon as your order is confirmed.
Can I use a promo code on top of a promotion?
You can always use your welcome code upon your first purchase even when certain items in the webshop are on discount. However our system does not allow for two (different) promotional codes in the same order.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to (almost) all countries in the world. Is your country not in the list? Don’t hesitate to contact us.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
We don’t like shipping costs any more than you do, however we have to charge a shipping fee for Korea with Love to be able to provide you with fair prices of our products. Depending on where you live, and the size of your order we calculate between €4,95-12,95 in shipping costs. We offer free shipping for orders above €100!
Do I have to pay customs/import taxes on the products?
Depending on where you live, you might be charged with import taxes when your package arrives. We aim to be as transparent as possible with all the costs involved, but we can’t influence the import taxes on our products. Are you not sure whether the import taxes apply to you? Products that are unused, unopened and in their delivered condition are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery. You will be refunded in full, excluding shipping costs. Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping charges or packages lost in transit.
How do I return a product?
We are sorry to hear that you didn’t like what you received. Please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org your order number and the products you’d like to return. From here we will send you instructions on where to send it and how.
Do I get my money back when I return an item?
Yes, when you follow the instructions and when we have received the returned product in good shape, we will return your money. In order for us to give you your money back, please follow the instructions in the email we sent you regarding the return. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, or run into any issues.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
We are just humans as well and we make mistakes too! If you’ve received the wrong product, please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number, the product you ordered and the product you received.
